Annual HOA Dues for 2023 are $60 per lot and are due by February 28, 2023. Notices have been mailed to all homeowners. Stamped return envelopes have been included in the mailing for your convenience.

An online payment option is available on the HOA website – ApplewoodHOA.com. There is a $2.68 processing fee making the total due $62.68 for payments made online.
