Homeowner complaints that are not specific to covenant violations

Please choose one of the following options to report non-covenant violations:

  1. Call the Mayor’s Hotline at 402-444-5555
  2. Email the Mayor’s hotline at http://mayors-office.cityofomaha.org/mayor-s-hotline
  3. Complete and mail a Code Violations Form Checklist to the City of Omaha Planning Department

Complaints regarding unkept trees, grass and bushes should be addressed to the Omaha Parks Department, Weed and Litter Control, 24th & Hickory St., 402-444-5910
