The HOA will not be hosting a Neighborhood Garage Sale event this year. Homeowners are welcome to host their own garage sale. Homeowners are encouraged to follow current social gathering guidelines.
2020 Spring Cleanup
The 2020 Omaha Spring Cleanup event has been cancelled. The City may hold a 2020 Fall Cleanup event, however dates and locations have not been announced.
Covenant Amendment Presentation
The Annual Homeowners Association Meeting was held Wednesday, November 6, 2019. At the meeting, Mark Sand made a presentation regarding the 2019 Restated and Amended Covenants that became effective May 15, 2019.
