2025 Neighborhood Block Party
Friday, September 5th, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Join your neighbors for the 2025 Applewood Heights Block Party!
We’ve changed the location this year.
- Meet at 102nd Ave & Z Street
- Bring your chairs and drinks
- Live music provided by Speck Nelson & the Ralstones
- Zemog’s Food Truck and Big O Sno Shaved Ice will also be there
Independence Day Parade
Saturday, June 28th at 10:00 a.m.
Decorate your wagons, bikes, strollers, even your pets. A fire truck will lead the parade starting at 104th and Polk Street, continuing north on 104th Street to Washington Drive, then west on Washington Drive to end at Applewood Heights Park where popsicles will be provided. For those not participating in the parade, pull up a chair along the parade route to enjoy all the decorations and support the parade participants. Bring your own lawn games to the park and join the fun.
2025 Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
Applewood Heights and Cimarron Woods will host a joint Neighborhood Garage Sale on Friday, June 6th and Saturday, June 7th from 8 am – 2 pm. Signs will be posted at the entrances to the subdivision. For further information, contact Robyn LaMar – robyn@applewoodhoa.com
