The Covenant Amendment Committee has been working diligently to amend the covenants and create 1 uniform set of covenants for all 521 lots. Applewood Heights Block Party
The neighborhood block party will be held on Saturday, September 22nd from 6:00pm – 10pm. The party will be on 104th Street between Monroe Street and Madison Street. Food (meat and chips), drinks, and a live band will be provided by the HOA. Please bring a dish to share (e.g., side dish, salad, dessert, etc). You may want to bring chairs, and don’t forget the kids ?!
