Annual HOA Dues for 2026 are $75 per lot and are due February 27, 2026. Notices have been mailed to all homeowners. Return envelopes have been included in the mailing for your convenience.

An online payment option is available on the HOA website – ApplewoodHOA.com. There is a $3.22 processing fee making the total due $78.22 for payments made online.
