Annual Meeting
2024 Open HOA Board Position
This year the HOA has 1 open Board position to be filled. The position is a volunteer position for a term of 3 years. If you are interested in serving on the HOA Board, would like more information on the open position, or would like to have their name added to the ballot, please contact Robyn LaMar – HOA manager- at 402-884-4321 or email her at robyn@applewoodhoa.com prior to February 9, 2024. Write-in nominees will be accepted at the Annual Meeting. Voting will take place at the Annual Meeting on March 6, 2024.
2023 Neighborhood Garage Sale
Applewood Heights and Cimarron Woods will again host a joint Neighborhood Garage Sale this year. Dates and times will be: Thursday, June 1st through Saturday, June 3rd from 8 am – 2 pm. For further information, contact Robyn LaMar – robyn@applewoodhoa.com
